Since 2011, I have tutored high school and college students with English, French, Spanish linguistics, and studying techniques both in Spain and the US. At the University of Cordoba in Spain, I pursued a BA's degree in Translation and Interpreting: Spanish, English, and German. I also studied a year abroad at the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg in Germany. After graduation, I was selected for a Merit-Based Fellowship in Wellesley College, where I taught basic through advanced levels of Spanish Language and Literature classes as a TA and worked as an advisor for study-abroad programs in Hispanic countries. Additionally, I got involved in Girl Up, a campaign hosted by the United Nations Foundation where I advocated for improvements in global education policies and women rights in impoverished communities. Also, I volunteered as an academic counselor with immigrant children at the Philips Brooks House Association (PBHA) of Harvard University in Boston. Most recently, I pursued a one-year training for ELE - Español como Lengua Extranjera teachers at the Instituto Cervantes of New York City. Last Spring, I was accepted at the University of Pennsylvania to study a master of science in education in Intercultural Communication at the GSE. At the same time, I will be teaching Spanish 110 at the Romance Languages Department.
